If new owner wants a new stadium would you be mad if it’s not uptown?

I would be. I think that's what makes BOA Stadium so nice. Tbh, there is no room uptown for a new stadium or dome and building it elsewhere won't bring a Super Bowl bc of hotels.

AT&T stadium has yet to host  Super Bowl bc of that reason IMO.

They sold actual tickets to stand outside and watch it on a tv screen in Arlington...PEOPLE PAID TO STAND AND WATCH TV.

Not enough parking directly around it.

*That the panthers owner can charge for.

part of the last tether negotion was panthers wanting more money to build a parking structure.  It should be public record so if anyone can find the renderings/plans for that it might provide a glimpse.

I have heard a few different times that the site of Charlotte Pipe across the road could be in consideration

They keep mentioning Minnesota in all these absurd articles.  Is BOA a dump like the Metrodome was?  Is BOA as old as the Metrodome was?  Does Charlotte get Minnesota levels of snowfall?  Is BOA at risk of having a similar roof collapse due to snow?  Does Minnesota have more people than the Carolinas?  (10 million less in fact). Is Los Angeles still in play as it was when Minnesota approved their new stadium?  Has there been any positive to the latest franchise move (Chargers)?

A lot of no’s, hell no’s, and fug no’s.

It’s about hosting a Super Bowl I guess, but BOA is a spectacular venue.

I love the uptown stadium experience and more than that, I don't want a new stadium where tickets will be more expensive. I enjoy taking my family to the games and I fear a new stadium could put that out of reach fiscally or severally limit the amount of experiences.

Doesn't "need" to be uptown but does need to be in a visible location near some highways. And there is more than enough land near uptown to build on.  You don't think these stadiums just plop themselves down on an empty parking lot right?  They buy up existing properties and tear down whatever was there.  These are billion dollar stadiums...a lot of that costs is buying property.
