I’m not gonna be critical just yet. I watched the video posted earlier in this thread and I think we all should have an open mind. Norv has been successful in more than one place, Shula has not been successful anywhere.  That in itself is a positive.

Boy if we do worst than shula this franchised is doomed. I’d like a younger innovative guy but not really the year of Oc availability. I’ll assume norv is better but it looks like he’s shula 2.0

I think Panthers are drafting a power running back which CMC & Samuel aren’t. 

This year is perfect with the deep class and binge on QBs early will push talent down. Good thing we got that 3rd round pick for KB trade.
