I don't care, Shula is gone. Just a new face will have a positive effect on the whole offense. All Norv has to do is just be average and don't waste timeouts and we are gold. Cam will take care of the rest.

The only offense they had was A.P.

Probably a newer offensive mind with the ability to transform the Panthers offense into a consistent force.

 

Turner is a guy we've all seen before, it's not exciting and isn't anything new. And quite honestly, hasn't done a whole lot in his lon career. The Panthers need to find the next Sean McVay, not the same ol' Norv Turner.

We already have one, and they're also Turners.

Norv's brother Ron is on staff as an offensive consultant. Ron's son Cameron is our assistant quarterback coach.

If Norv and Scott come aboard, that'll raise our Turner family count to four.

The biggest difference will be the traditional run game. Having a consistent run game that relies on RB instead of Cam will help the passing game & keep Cam healthy.
