Honestly not excited about his. Norv’s two most recent seasons as an OC produced the 27th and 29th ranked NFL offenses. I’m afraid the game has passed him by.

Ehh, look at the talent the Vikings had on offense with him there... No true franchise QB, terrible OL (rivaled ours for how bad it was), no great WRs, and I believe didn't even have Peterson for most of that time (commissioner's exempt list and injured).

Still, back to back cellar dwelling offenses isn't exactly exciting.

But I think one of the big things that will intrigue Ron about Norv other than the close personal and professional relationship is how LaDainian Tomlinson was utilized in that Chargers' offense.
