This reminds me of the whole old school thinking of "This is what we do and you have to stop us". I was a fan of that style in the 80s and 90s but I now prefer coaching to adapting to our own strengths and weaknesses and capitalizing or scheming for each individual opponent. But fingers crossed on getting fresh blood in there.

I'm sure he liked having Mike and Ken there. It's a very good thing for Cam that they're gone, whether he likes it or not.

Rivera says he and Hurney have talked about "a couple" candidates to replace Shula. No timeline for the decision.

My takeaway is this.... our philosophy is to run the ball and control the clock.... that philosophy would've won us a Super Bowl with a better OC.  We also need someone to make Cam more accurate and consistent.
