The #Panthers have a target for their new OC job: Norv Turner. Scott Turner, his son and a top QB coach, could return to Carolina, as well.

Why is anyone excited about the prospect of Norv becoming the OC? I'm not, the offense will be worse. I just don't see how this would be any better than Shula.
