I’d say he’s done wonders with the quarterbacks there, having 3 to rotate and having all three who are different do well.

I honestly think it's going to be no one anyone thinks. I'm telling you it's going to wait until ownership is in place and they decided the identity of the team. You have a high motor highly marketable QB. They don't want his ass handing off the ball. They're going to want an offense designed to put him completely in the spotlight. I see no Rivera ties. I see someone completely random. Maybe even someone from college.

I am going to be pissed if Ron hires some scrub simply because he knows them. 

They need to have a proven record of success as an OC AND/OR be a protege of an offensive genius.

Tossing this out there as well...Norv knows how to use a tight end...Olsen would be in heaven if Norv is hired.

He got his start at Oregon and USC.
