I think it was more of a coach on the hot seat at the time (Ron) and promoting Shula because most OC wouldn’t have came here to be fired a year later if Ron didn’t do well. 

Then we had success, and Ron had to sleep in the bed he made with Shula and Ken. Now that he probably feels comfortable he is making a move. A year late, but glad it is happening.

This can’t be...we have it on good authority here on the huddle that it’s not scheme and we needs weapons. Clearly a mistake the Panthers will come to regret.

Sure he was a good guy and all, but, we went as far as we were going to go with him leading the offense.  Too many inexplicable and inexcusable play calls such as our last drive and all the low percentage shots at the end zone.  Let's hope Rivera chooses wisely and selects a person that will run an aggressive contemporary style offense.  The choice will likely determine how fast we get back to the Super Bowl.
