Shaq Thompson and Vernon Butler are two of the worst first round picks we've ever had.

Shaq and Butler we're not the problems today and both have been coming along nicely. I'm not too worried about TD falling off because Shaq has been fine when he plays weakside.

Butler has made plays and has been getting penetration more and more recently. I feel good about letting Star walk, though I am concerned with how agressive he is at times.

How can you say that at all, their both 23 years old and both have already contributed. Vernon butler has been stuck behind one of the best DT tandems in the league, and when he gets in he makes plays hell he made some crucial plays in todays game. And shall Thompson has the making of a great linebacker for the panthers. he's a great coverage player, he's a hard hitter, with a natural instint for the ball. Don't let a couple bad plays make your opinion on a player, shaq is going to be special.

Shaq is that you???!

LMAAAAAAOOOOOOOO!!!

Oh man you must've missed when Edwards was doing great in TC.

He was in the Taye Biddle, David Gettis realm and a draft pick.  Sheppard was given a multi-year contract and came in as this supposed unsung vet that was somehow a big part of TB's locker room and had a ceiling as a decent WR.

I want to ship Matt Kalil and Russell Sheppard to Biff's alternate reality.

Saints gave Ginn $11M over three years with $3M guaranteed.

We gave Shepard $10M over three years with $2.1M guaranteed.

fuging OUCH.

I think I read somewhere that DG matched the Aints offer but because Ginn felt "disrespected" before he left...? Maybe true, maybe not. Either way the Shep signing was horrible. Cut him tomorrow.

I'm really curious to hear from the people who are okay with TD missing coverages and tackles but are okay with it but are up in arms when Shaq does it.

Oh yes, TD has clearly lost a step but he is still a reliable starting LB and he is still the next best guy after Luke.

TD has undoubtedly lost a step.  He took up 6% of the team's salary this year.  Did not prove his worth and spent more time complaining about holds than making plays.

What was said when we were all watching the game was there was no offer, DG had not offered one, but was maybe going to when the Saints came calling.

Dave was only going to sign Ginn if Ginn came back for less.
