The real question is not whether the Panthers have more talent than the Bucs (like that's hard for a non-moron to answer), but how many keyboards bucman ruins per year with his copious retardrool.

When the Panthers screw something up, they look back on it and see how they can make it better, whether or not they're capable of being able to.

When the Bucs screw something up, they just dwell on it, panic, and make it even worse.

So if/when we do win and get to 2-3, be happy, please, commend Jake that he can at least beat an NFL secondary. But don't announce that he's back and all us doubters were wrong. Commend Fox if you must for adequately gameplanning, but don't talk about how he's still an above average coach and this means the team is back and ready to make the playoffs, because they've got a pooload more to prove and a pooload more work to do to get to that level.
