It's not 100%rigged but it's nudged to drive the best narrative, most popular matchup...biggest ratings draw. Panthers are small market, cam is polarizing. Richardson accused of sexual misconduct and racism. NFL did not want us to advance. They want that story to go away. Aints get remdemption next week to then setup a showdown with atl (defending NFC championship) max ratings.

Saints had our number this year but this time next week I'm betting they will be in the same boat, evaluating draft options.  Flawed team, flawed coach, and fans more worried about getting on TV than following the game and respecting the players.

I know there are some who thought the Saints organization changed when Gregg Williams was jettisoned. That kinda forgets that it wasn't an accident a guy like Williams was hired to begin with.  Nor do I believe it's reasonable to think that Payton had no idea what was happening.

I'd add that current DC Dennis Allen did indeed work under Williams (secondary coach while WIlliams was DC).

Just something to think about...
