If that hit by SF to Drew Brees that gave him the giraffe neck a few years ago was a penalty then the hit to Cam should have been. QB’s get flags all the time in their favor when they direct themselves into a big hit. Except Cam.

You should watch it again - Cam was fully around and hardly moving forward, essentially in the process of standing up and the guy had 5 steps in a straight line to control his hit.

I didn't say he was going for the head, but intent doesn't matter in the ruling on a QB who isn't a runner. If there's a discussion that I missed about headhunting vs. it just looking illegal then I don't really think it was intentional either, but definitely a blow to the head of a QB in the pocket.
