Well, now we know why McD rolled the dice on benching Tyrod for a complete unknown midseason. He started out decent but has undeniably shown that he is not the Bill's answer moving forward. Both of these teams desperately need to upgrade their starting QB.

I still believe ZayJones will turn out to be a good receiver, but he's had some crucial drops this year (including against us).

Jacksonville's secondary and pass rush are both incredible, to be fair.

Neither of these two RBs can be accurately judged considering the defenses are stacking the box like crazy because there's virtually zero threat through the air. The fact that both were able to put up 1000 yards this year is incredible.

He didn't handle the PR side of it well and his other choices were underwhelming to say the least, but yeah I think it was the right decision.

I agree they'll have somebody else next year.
