The AFC is hot garbage. I don't see a team that even has a shot past the Pats and Steelers and I am not convinced they are better than the top 3-4 NFC teams.

Blake Bortles is unbelievably terrible at quarterbacking. Not sure what the Jags' cap situation is, but they might want to make a run at Kirk Cousins. I don't think Cousins is worth anywhere near what he's likely going to fetch, but the Jags are a contender with a Cousins-level QB. If the Chiefs decide to go with Mahomes and make Alex Smith available the Jags should be all over that too. With this defense and Fournette they don't need HOF level QB play they just need competency.

I think the Pats and Steelers are both legit, but I honestly think there are NFC teams that missed the playoffs that are better than any other team in the AFC
