Why is it that people think all the issues with the offense happen in a vacuum? Could it be there are several DIFFERENT areas that need correction.   OC problems, QB coaching problems, OL line problems,  WR problems, Cam's accuracy/footwork problems, even the game planning philosophy of the Head coach. Never mind the salary CAP and injuries. They all affect each other. Huddlers don't seem to be able to see the whole picture for focusing on some perceived/imagined slight towards "Muh guy" or  a single area of the game that they have deemed more important than the total.

IMO Cam is a victim of his own athleticism. He's been able to do things no other qb should regardless of footwork or mechanics. Because he doesn't have to rely on technique to accomplish things, he falls back into doing what he's always done. It's infuriating to watch him throw a 50 yard pass off his back foot when he's not under pressure, at the same time you're asking yourself how the he'll does he do that. It's hard to coach against natural ability and probably just as hard to learn in spite of it.

Maybe Cams mechanics cannot be fixed ...maybe they don' need to be fixed its just who is ..im tired of the mechanics ya ya . He is not perfect. He is not Brady and he is not Aaron. You get off his nut sack... I have accepted that Cam will have some bad throws but he will come back and make a throw that Brady can not even make. You have to take the bad with the good. He is a playmaker. Most of the time..maybe when he gets someone that can catch his watchable balls he will get the mechanics or maybe not..i say not. Shula is part of the problem..his history confirms it  or maybe Ron or both. We see Cams flaws we just get tired of the public bashing Cam and on here you the same. Most of the public just bashes Cam and never try to see what he has surrounding him and you are doing the same.

Yeah but the reason he can make a throw that Brady can't make is because of God given tallent right?  Mechanics can be worked on.  Coaches either aren't doing their job or Cam isn't doing his.  Once again probably a little bit of both, so there is blame to go around.  It would he nice to find a coach to get him to do what he needs to do.  Hopefully I'm not a racist for saying that.
