Time to sound off.... Panthers at Saints Predictions

A simplified offense, necessary to correct the issues from the past couple weeks and in the deafening dome, capitalizes on our biggest strength and the Saints' biggest weakness. The Panthers remember who they are and dominate on the ground. Stewart goes for 100 (tough yards, nothing big and no scores) and Cam and CMC each add 50-75 and a TD apiece. With the Saints on their heels, Olsen works the middle of the field for 80 and a TD. Lattimore holds Funchess in check, but Cam and Clay finally hit on a bomb.

The Panthers shut down the Saints running game and hold them under 100 yards combined. Down by several scores, Brees does Brees things and throws for 40-50 attempts to keep it interesting, but timely sacks and an INT in the fourth keep us from sweating too much.

Panthers win 34-21.

I'm undeniably a homer, but contrary to what the negative nancies are saying, we DO match up well with the Saints if we play old-school Panthers football. They rank 23rd against the run, and that doesn't factor in losing both Klein and Vaccaro. Kalil, Turner and Norwell are as good of an interior run-blocking OL as the Saints could possibly face. We can, and we will, punch them in the mouth.

Not to mention their slow medocre linebackers who cmc can destroy

If Atlanta can blow out the Rams then we can blow out the Saints.

If the Panthers show up and play like we’ve seen them play the lions, Patriots, minnesota, Green Bay and other really good teams they can put them down.

plenty on this team have seen a few playoff games and can show up for the prime time.

In 2010, Cam Newton and Auburn were down 24 points to Alabama in Tuscaloosa.  Auburn won the game.

In 2015, Kelvin Benjamin tore his ACL.  Our #1 WR was Ted Ginn and our offense was doomed.  We went 15-1 and led the NFL in scoring, with Cam Newton winning MVP in probably the best individual Panthers season to date.

I'm not sure if we win this game, but I will never, ever count out a team quarterbacked by Cam Newton and neither should anyone else.

Carolina Panthers come out on FIRE!

Carolina Panthers: 48 (just miss 51 due to a missed FG)

NO Aints: 9 (Yep only 3 FG’s Carolina D sacks QB for 13 times! What? Yep, they just Keep Pounding! Carolina D gets 2 INTS, 1 returned for TD, & 7 forced fumbles. Even Special Teams gets 1 kickoff return for a TD!!)

Take this to the BANK! Speaking it to TRUTH!
