This could be the Patriots last run, would you go after Belichick?

So a story is about to drop by ESPN about a major riff between Brady, Belichick, and Kraft. Details have already begun to leak.  Basically it came down to Belichick wanted to start Jimmy Garoppolo over Brady this season, so Brady went to Kraft, and Kraft traded him. So Belichick is telling all of his assistants to take other jobs elsewhere.

Interesting story to follow for sure. We could (potentially) see these guys in their last game ever together.

And an even crazier thing to ponder...if Belichick were to be without a job, but wanted to coach again, would Carolina (and it’s new ownership) potentially go after a guy like that?

Can you imagine Brady riding the bench right after a Super Bowl victory when he staged the greatest SB comeback of all time? And still playing at the top of his game? That would be ridiculous.

Yeah, this smacks of a minor tiff that someone is blowing up into epic proportions in the media. I do think Belicheck would probably rather have Jimmy G. around next season.

3 years ago the Chiefs blew out the Pats on Monday football by 30+ pts and the Huddle was filled with joy as Brady was officially washed up and the Patriots run was over.  They won the SB that year.
