If a coach has lemons,  he has to figure out how to make lemonade just like everyone else.  And,  by most accounts (other than delusional,  disgruntled Panthers fans) this coaching staff is far from "terrible," and arguably has made lemonade more times than not. 

Look, I'm not saying that everything is peaches and cream,  but responsibility for success or failure should be shared by the FO,  coaches and players.

As for Cam,  he's a victim of the FO more so than coaching...at least in my opinion.

Panthers don't have a running game without him, CMC is a 3rd down/scatback and the wr core is struggling . Stewert is gonna have to have a monster game for the Panthers to win cause Newton won't be able to beat the saints alone

Yep.  Without Cam this offense is in Jimmy Clausen territory.

We’ve been talking about this problem for basically as long as Cam has been a Panther, and it’s pretty freaking pathetic. You have a qb who with the right personnel around him could be a top 5 but our FO continues year after year to force him to be freaking Superman every damn game. 

Lets all hope that our new ownership changes this.

Louis Riddick said essentially the same thing a few days ago, Cam was far from perfect but nobody was getting open. 

It's a damn shame to be wasting Cam's prime years like this.

Why is everyone bringing up McCaffrey? It's not like we could have drafted 2 WRs, a TE, and a running back with that 1 pick. It's not his fault we traded Benjamin, Samuel/Byrd got IR'd,  and Greg is hobbling around on one foot. Hell, without him and this offense would be truly hopeless. There is literally nothing else we could done with that pick to change the situation we're win.
