I dont understand the love for Jon Gruden as a NFL coach. he is great on tv but he has been out the game almost 10 season and his record at Tampa bay was barely over 500.

You mean the same Tampa Bay that is a historically all time bad franchise?

Yea he won a SB with that and was playing against his own SB team when he won it so he took 2 teams to the SB basically. You'd love him too if he won a SB with Rons players cuz Ron sure a poo isn't winning one with them.
