Since the Kelvin trade Cam has had the 3 worst passing games of his career

Outside of two maybe three games (Dolphins, Packers and Saints) Cam has thrown for under 200 yards every game but once, under 170 yards 6 times, held without a passing td 3 times. Under 55 comp% 5 times

 

I understand wanting more speed but you could at least traded for another god damn receiver, draft picks mean nothing for this and more than likely next season

Im starting to agree with this.  Just not sure Funchess or anyone else we have is remotley close.

I’ve actually been impressed with Funchess, he’s shut me up a bit

Even so Funchess had more targets than KB, yet KB has more yards and first downs. Kelvin is still better than Funchess

No excuses, though. The funny thing is, the same ones who said we shouldn’t take a flyer on any of the free agents or that we were just fine are the offenses harshest critics. Something that we all called weeks ago

In fact, it was us who said Cam was going to have a 13-28 type game but it was @thomas96who said we’d be fine and we didn’t need the Kenny Britts or Kerkleys of the world lol

He spent a 1st and 2nd round pick on CMC and Samuel... A RB/WR and WR/RB respectively after spending a 1st on KB and a 2nd (+ 3rd iirc? 4th maybe?) on Funchess.

Hurney trading KB still irks me but if his knee is truly done than I'm glad that the team got a 3rd for him and that he got an opportunity to still be a #1 elsewhere.
