Offensive coaching isn't going anywhere

I've been adamant about this ever since 2014, this team will NEVER win a superbowl with Ron and Shula running the show. Between the ball-less and clueless duo, this team isn't going anywhere.

I wouldn't go that far, but we do have some issues.  Cam didn't help us today.

Our offense goes the way Cam does.  Would different play calls have that huge of an effect?

I know there are talks of extending Rivera, but I wonder if a new owner would meddle with his staff?

A good play caller can mask a majority of mistakes.

I'm not so sure with everyone.  How about Green Bay?  Would the Saints be the same sans Brees?  The Pats?

Sure, it can happen, but how much would it change things with us and Cam?

I want new offensive coaching.  This season has been pretty ugly.  We're 11-5 thanks to our D.  Our offense has just been so putrid in stretches this season.

Too many injury excuses plus Cam Newton putting a huge band aid on the offense with his running.

In other words, same as it ever was.

Shula will be back next year, ready to fug things up once again.

Let's get drunk

I'm actually at a point where I'm okay with Shula. We can win with him and his playcalling has improved, he's designed some beautiful plays this season (that long TD run by Stew was brilliant as hell). Sure I'd love, love, LOVE and upgrade at OC, his lack of adjustments is frustrating,  but to be fair what he's had to work with this season at WR has been....ehhh

The problem is: I don't trust Hurney to make our roster much better.
