We need another Jerricho Cotchery. His presence has been missed since '15. Crabtree fits the bill and is probably still better at this point than Cotch was for us. Samuel and Byrd can stretch the field. What we really need at wideout is a proven and consistent veteran.

Crabtree has made Carr look really good and helped get Cooper more man looks. 

He would fit nicely replacing Sheppard. Then we could just draft a guy to replace Bersin

We just need more proven WRs period.

Crabtree is proven, not over the hill, and has been underrated his entire career.  Honestly, I thought he outplayed Cooper at times.  

I'm usually hesitant with the ~30 y/o WRs, but he just hit 30 and has 3-4 solid years left.  I'd take him in a heartbeat if the fit seemed right.
