Throwing the ball 5 yards over the receivers head is not an anticipation issue. It's a bad throw.

Actually, I attribute the "horrible" throw by Cam to a miscommunication with a receiver.  His high throws however are all him. His mechanics have never been corrected

A receiver can make a QB look wonderful and horrible within 2 throws.

Overall, Cam being Cam today.  Some good, others not so much
