I’d make it a point to see if I could get franchise type players an ownership stake in the team. You want to create a family atmosphere? Then make guys like Cam Newton have an ownership stake as a part of their contract, it would obviously be small, but what would get guys wanting to stay and not leave for big free agency dollars than them owning a part of the team. Plus that would be your in to allow more young black men to get into the rich old white guy club through hard work while promoting a sense of pride and loyalty for the team they play on, rather than just treating as a job. 

I’m sure NFL contract rules prohibit that but if I do a press conference before bringing it up at the owners meeting to try and drum up public support for the idea, eventually it’ll gain some traction.

1) Get Barack O, to be minority owner, and Warren Buffett to be primary. Barack is the player recruiter that the Panthers need.

2)  Hire jimmy Johnson to be Rivera’s spirit whisperer (something he already does for Bellichek) also he has a background in organizational psychology. All hiring goes thru Jimmy.

3) I find the Steeler scouts primarily responsible for AB, MB, and Ju-Ju. They will find the receivers we need!

4) Pay Josh McDaniels to be our offensive coordinator, for what Warren will pay him, he will do it gladly. Bring in Russell Wilson and Colin Kapernick to back up Cam. Russell will do all of Cam’s press conferences

5) Put Panther logo at midfield with state flags at the 25 yard Line for north and South Carolina 

6) marry a Topcat, and give myself a job shooting photo and video on the sideline
