Hall was IRed and the rest arnt too talented except Addison and even he isn't the greatest let's be real. Blitzing proves we can't pressure with just 4. That's bad.

Our defense is called a zone blitz.

Blitzing is an integral part of it, and Wilks likes to blitz. So did Jim Johnson.

One could argue it's to the detriment of the team. Especially lately giving up big plays from it. It has a place but I haven't seen us consistently or have the ability to throw 4 and get there when we have needed to.

It's a choice, the same as choosing whether you want to run your defense out of a 3-4 or 4-3.

Some teams prefer bend but don't break. Others prefer heavy pressure.

The Steelers have been running this same defense out of a 3-4 for decades.

Biggest mystery IMO has always been...

when all those crazy contracts were given out after Richardson was being blasted......was that Hurney? Or was that really Richardson.  I think it is Richardson and I think Dave's firing backs that.

Yeah, don't know if we will ever know on that.  The double trouble deals, the Jake deal, the Big Money deal?   The first 2 really feel JR pushed the button on but you never know.  I mean ultimately those were the 3 that lead the Cap hell revolution.   I don't know man.

His contract will get done before ownership changes hands.  It will be quite expensive to get rid of him I imagine.

I wouldn't put money on this statement.  Don't be surprised if this happens quickly after the season.  Someone posted earlier that a new owner has already been selected.

I hope it gets done ASAP and the new owner hires a new GM and keeps the scouting staff, at least till after the draft.

Nah. I'll bet one of your other alts. How many you got now?

I figured so all talk no walk, you don’t trust your “ football knowledge “ about Hurney being so terrible it’s easy money according to your analysis of his previous work.

Less than what you and mr. have aka 1 I don’t need to hide you see I got my real name unlike you.

Saquon Barkley is about a lock to the giants now

Best player in the draft so will be bpa at their spot.

What does he like to do? Run the ball.  Thats how he did it in Carolina, thats how they did it when he worked for the giants and they won superbowls.

Then he will go hogmollies rounds 2-3

Gman always went after biggest need (not necessarily a position) in round 1. The exception was 2016 draft which was very reactionary.

Run D in 2013 lead to Star, kb for red zone O in 14, Shaq for buffalo nickel in 15, offensive evolution = McCaffrey last year. I don't know what that is for the Giants this year but that's where I'd expect that pick to go. Then again, he never had the 2nd overall pick here either.
