He’s got some serious work on his hands. They are in substantially worse shape than anyone else in their division, and seem to have a very undisciplined and divided locker room. Will be interesting to watch, and he will likely have to make some very unpopular moves, including letting Eli go. Dave is exactly the kind of guy needed to clean up that mess.

Still waiting on the counter to the 9, 10, 11 drafts.

Players that woulda been with and developing around Cam and Luke but we only got Cam/Capt out of 3 drafts.....

When you take over a team that had several busted drafts in a row that makes a huge difference. Especially when that is followed by being cap strapped.
