He should not be starting. 

Horton has been extremely underappreciated this year. And it's not just his many strip sacks, but he's consistently setting the edge and getting solid pressure on the QB. While Pep has been a huge addition, Horton's play has been another big reason we're top 3 in sacks this year so far.

So, quick question. Having seen Cox get more snaps, how are folks feeling about DLine next year. Obviously there's Hall in the wings too.  But with Addison, Horton and Cox, I'm feeling we have a promising group, even if we lose Pep and CJ. Would want to add a free agent, and perhaps draft another for depth, but Cox has shown good potential in my opinion.

Do not forget about Efe Obada. Int'l player on PS who had an outstanding preseason!
