Cowboys Oline isn't exactly the same this season. Doug Free retired, Ron Leary went to the Broncos , and Tyron Smith missed alot of time due to injury.

The most frustrating thing I saw from watching Dak this year is that he would keep trying to do little checkdown passes even when the team needed like 10 yards or greater when it was 2nd or 3rd down.

numbers don’t lie but people lie about numbers all the time. 

Eli Manning is 3rd in that list,.... that’s all that needs to be said. 

Why not go in order of wins this season,.. since wins only seem to matter.

Trent Dilfer is a better quarterback with a ring than Dan Marino was,... by the ring.

Quarterback stats are mostly garbage. There’s so much that effects those numbers,.. who they are throwing to for one, offensive line and time to throw before being flushed,.. what type of system they run,.. 

watching a guy have the leash taken off the last few minutes, take over a game and win despite all the obstacles— that’s the quarterback for me.

When did Dak do that? Cam has time and time again.

For the first part of the season Dak had a franchise left tackle to go with his already good (at the time) offensive line. Can’t speak for Dak, but many of Cam’s INTs have been deflected off his WR’s hands and of course tons of drops this year. Lastly Cam was playing with like 50% shoulder strength the first few games and wasn’t able to practice. 

So if you include these three factors then yes Cam can have similar passing stats as Dak, but with more rushing yards...
