Ketogenic diet is actually pretty easy once you find "hidden" carbs and eliminate them. I still can't find a decent soup (other than broth) that is low carb.

3 day keto kickstart menu

Low carb pizza this stuff is the poo.

Most people I know is broth and add HWC, butter, etc for more taste and fat. My wife makes a pretty good low carb chili, she subs Italian sausages for the beans.

Its not the fat that bothers me..

its her feet rythm.

Its gotta be out, in, out in, synchronized with the arms up, down up down..

you dont go up and out with the arms and go in with the feet. And you dont go halfwsy in with the feet and then all the way in

Be careful with those keto type diets.  They are great for losing weight, but if you ever get off them you'll most likely gain all the weight back and more.

I've done it a couple times, lost weight every time I could stay on it a month or so.  But when I backslid, it didn't take long to gain it back unfortunately.

I know several other folks that have had the same results. I know a couple that were able to stay on it as a true lifestyle change and their results have been fantastic.

My issue is willpower and my metabolism has slowed tremendously. I'm 47 and it's so much tougher to lose weight.  Plus I work 70+ hours a week this time of year so my eating habits are even worse.

That's what I did. Lost about 20 lbs in 2 months, but then Thanksgiving rolled around. And I pretty much ate everything I couldn't have before.

Don't even think about Oriental food. You'll just cry.

If you commit to any diet and then get back off of it and revert back to old habits you’re going to regain weight and probably more. That’s not unique to Keto or any other diet. I took about a month off after surgery, gained about 10 pounds, 4-5 of which was probably water weight, go back on plan and it came right off. Keto, if done correctly, will speed up your metabolism unlike calorie restriction. I completely reversed my insulin resistance so it would take me some time and effort to put on weight as quickly as I did before.

Look up what the FDA says about cigars. Compared to chemical laden cigarettes you sick on all day they’re much more benign as they’re just rolled leaves.

Yeah there isn’t anything in this life especially things that bring pleasure that don't come with some form or risk.

If you have a chance to read or listen to anything by Dr. Rob Rosedale I highly recommend it. He’s the last of the remaining low carb originals from the 70’s and 80’s. He talks at length about the benefits of low carb but also supports a low to moderate protein intake due to its affect on mTor and IGF-1. Its fascinating, as a result I’m going to experiment and limit myself to around 80 grams of protein per day.

IF + Keto

OK, I'm going IF, only eating from noon to 8:00, and low carb. But that also would mean no drinking. So I'm only drinking Saturday night this week. But I'm gonna assrape some pork rinds while I drink. Then start the IF back on Sunday.

Luckily, I got a ton of little drummettes for .96 a lb, so I can eat hot wings as much as I want.
