I don't want to say it, but for me the game hinged on Steve Smith's stupid holding penalty. Crappity crap crap.

On the other hand, if I read the Yahoo Scenario thingie correctly (and someone may have posted this already), is it right that if Minnesota beats the Giants next week (and we beat NO, of course), that we regain the #1 seed?

Apparently Yahoo hadn't updated their thing yet. Looks like we just need STL to win next week. Like that's going to happen.

The good: for a flex-game to be moved to a national spotlight, we couldn't have asked for a better showing of 58 minutes of solid quality football from our team. Twas a great showcase for all but the final 2 minutes.

The bad: those final 2 minutes. Crappity crap crap.
