News flash you don't know poo.. Floyd was a pickup for the pats last year and made some catches in the playoffs for them... It has worked out before.. Now name a situation where a team won a Superbowl with a whole position group made up of practice squad players?? Don't worry I'll wait..

1.

He had one catch in the playoffs last year.

5 total after being signed in December by the Patriots.

Lmao.

Floyd was an above average WR that was cut because of a DWI.  He wasn’t on the market because he was bad.

and I didn’t say that a player can come in and contribute.  I said that there is nothing to indicate that anyone currently available is better than what we have.

Sound like Sheppard and Bersin.. But Floyd was also a back up option for them and didn't get a lot of snaps.. The example was to prove winning teams don't sit pat.. They make moves and try poo..

Please compare the situations better.

Ravens had Flacco, Rice, Anquan Boldin Torrey Smith, Dennis Pitta, and a solid O-line.

Them getting rid of a weak link who couldn't consistently manage the offensive talent isn't the same as adding personnel.

It was a huge change to make given where they were in the season. They also had a good record at the time too.

It just goes to show that making changes/adding personnel this late in the year can be done.

Patriots signed James Harrison today.

I seriously can’t believe there’s people against adding a WR. When these guys aren’t getting open and Cam’s taking sacks you’ll be the first ones to throw your hands up in the air.

Oh look, some team is working out a receiver that we've never heard about. But just imagine if our franchise worked out receiver that we've  never had!!! Our front office would be the bestest!!

Anyone who semi follows the NFL knows who the fug Jeremy Kerley is

Have they signed him yet?  Unless they sign him, they are indeed settling for what they have.  Philly Brown was worked out by the bears two weeks ago, but wasn’t signed.  We work out players every week too, and usually don’t sign any of them.  That’s typical in the NFL..most of these workouts just fly under the radar.  We stockpiled receivers on our PC for this very reason.  Those are guys we worked out too.  If they are good enough to be on our PC, then they are good enough to be elevated if needed rather than bring in a guy off the street who isn’t even playing right now.

Ok let me know the receiver Panthers work out. They're better off calling up Austin Duke

Austin Dukeey'r

How is that.. what do you use to determine that??

Exp..

Career numbers..

Previous playoff performances...

Just saying half the  WR on the street would win in all these categories over the guys on our roster.

Brenton Bersin has 6 catches this year. 5 in December. 3 came from his first game as a #2 WR.

Dunno how that really sounds anything like Floyd outside of personal bias.
