Way too early 2018 thread (Opponents)

Looks like our opponents are set now.  Barring a serious upset in Tampa Bay next week, here are the teams we will face.

Home Away
Dallas Cowboys Philadelphia Eagles
New York Giants Washington Redskins
Baltimore Ravens Cleveland Browns
Cincinnati Bengals Pittsburgh Steelers
Seattle Seahawks Detroit Lions
Atlanta Falcons Atlanta Falcons
New Orleans Saints New Orleans Saints
Tampa Bay Buccaneers    Tampa Bay Buccaneers

I hope to see our first back to back winning season.  However, I do recognize that as defending Super Bowl champs, we're going to get everyone's A game so it's going to be a challenge.

Damn that is a brutal schedule.

The Giants are going to get a high draft pick and get all their weapons back

We've had Washington's number recently but if they keep Cousins than they can always be tough.

Dallas is Dallas and we always seem to play 11 on 18 when we play them.

Philly will have Wentz back and this time we gotta go to their house.

Baltimore and Pittsburgh are alway stout

Detroit might have a new HC but they have Stafford and as we saw this year.  He ain't out of it till the game is over.

And last but not least the NFC South, the toughest division in football and we got everyone twice.

It will be interesting if Gruden comes back.  Remember our MNF game where we basically RAN (299 yards rushing) him out of Tampa in 08 when we were neck and neck for the division title.

Seriously?  Not one of our home opponents scares me.

I figure we should at least go 3-3 in division play.  The Cowboys and Seahawks may be tough, but the Giants, Ravens, and Bengals are all middle-tier teams that will still be trying to put all the pieces together.  And our road games at Cleveland and Detroit?  Come on, man!  Every one of those fan-bases out there is saying, "Damn, we have to play the Panthers next year!  How can we double Olsen and contain Cam?"

6-2 at home, play even on the road, back to back winning seasons for the first time.

The Giants were riddled with injuries on offense.  They were basically playing with practice squad guys. Baltimore is a playoff team and the Bengals are a mirror of our 2016 team.  I am less worried about Seattle as I feel the wheels fell off their team.  Cleveland shouldn't be an issue

I never said we couldn't handle them just think this is going to be a tough schedule.

10-6 would be highly acceptable and I agree we can handle it.

Just because they sucked this year doesn't equate to much next year.  Some of those teams had bad luck this year.
