well, currently in philly...(playoff thoughts and rambling)

the eagles clearly are bad without wentz. nick foles is a statue and bad at playing qb. even doug peterson can't save him.

their secondary is also a turnstile. just simply pretending you're doing a double move will probably send their ankles to asia or something. they spin like tops on the field. this team is clearly not a threat.

with that being said, there's a lot to say about how key a good qb is for the playoffs. while jared goff is clearly having the year of his life, most of that can be attributed to mcvay being the eyes for his qb and basically calling the plays as early as he can. theoretically, luke could easily counter in the 15 seconds the rams have to shut off the connection with mcvay with goff likely unable to counter.

as for the rest, you have case keenum who's shown to be bad against our defense, and then drew brees and matt ryan/russell wilson. clearly put, our biggest competition will be the saints if we have to face them.

however, we could just as easily find ourselves en route through the rams and eagles to the playoffs with a rams loss to the 49ers.

so, just think on that a moment. i'm sort of just jotting down my thoughts, but we could have a pretty easy path until the nfc championship if the dominoes fall the right way.

Most likely first opponent is Aints and I think once we get past them, we're SB bound.

if the 49ers win it's guaranteed we won't face the saints first.

it's very plausable considering the fight those two teams had the first time, and that's despite the 49ers having hoyer.

when kyle shanahan has his qb, he can orchestrate a masterpiece, and so far it's working with jimmy g.

Not gonna lie, the idea of having to face the Saints in the dome in the forst round of the playoffs sucks ass. I get all this talk about ot being hard to beat the same team three times in one season, but they've straight handled us twice. They just look like an awful match up for us this year.

which is why we pretty much have to hope the 49ers win against the rams which is actually pretty lucky.

reminder, they're the same team that hung 44 on arguably the best defense of this decade in jacksonville. better than the '15 broncos for sure.

Yeah I definitely like the Rams/Eagles path better; however, I think we are the team no one wants to face (including the Saints).  I've got faith in Cam and that our D will improve on it's subpar performances the past couple of weeks

i mean i agree our second game against them was completely us shooting ourselves in the foot, but even at full power i wonder if we'd be enough to dethrone the saints.

would be a massive shootout imo if we have to face them. 50/50 either way. at our best i know we can compete and possibly win, but i can't say that for certain since they match us so well.

every other nfc team im confident we can handle quite well.

Can we get to the super bowl if cmc is the lead back?

You 100% sure about that? I don't feel like diving too far into that but I'm somewhat skeptical. If, we lose, Aints lose and Rams lose wouldn't we play the Aints? I'll take your word for it though. If so, then we really should root for the 49ers. Aints lose first round and we should be able to beat the Rams in LA which is basically a neutral field. Would be a nice first round.

You guys are going to keep wishing we don’t play the Saints and really play the Rams and we get bent over with no Vaseline.

Id rather put the positive juju on the team,.. we are Super Bowl Champs, Our offense scores now, our defense stops now,..

feel the chi and the universe bros,....

the negative waves just cause Butterflies to spontaneously combust.
