Enjoy the rest of the season, because the Panthers will probably be terrible next year.

Blah blah blah, and with a little more luck we would have 10 wins last year instead of 6 and made the playoffs. Good teams that are playing well get the bounces and the calls, it's always been that way. The Patriots owe almost all their championships to lucky bounces, it's just the way it goes.

It’s no secret, the Panthers have been more lucky than good this season. Let’s start with a crucial drop by Bills WR Zay Jones in Week 2 at the end of the game. Lucky penalties at the end of the game against the Patriots to give the Panthers a first down on the final drive of the game. A windy day at Tampa In the first game leads to an off day for Jameis Winston, despite having wide open receivers all game. A critical drop by Julio Jones against Atlanta hands the Panthers a win. Panthers get to face a rusty and injured Aaron Rodgers, who still almost beats them. Cam Newton fumbles a snap at the end of the game against the Bucs and still scores a TD.

The ball has just bounced the Panthers way this season more often than not. In 2016, luck seemed to be against the Panthers. With a black cat as a mascot, luck seems to be a fickle mistress for this team. So let’s all appreciate this season, because 2018 will most likely be rough when the luck turns around again.

I hope you're about 13 years old, cause just so to explain so much poo and victimism. Julio Jones NO catch? why do not you talk about the multiple JStew fumbles in this game? Cam fumble in the snap yesterday? why you do not talk about the  INT on the unacceptable drop from Bersin.

How about Samuel fumble on the initial drive in Chicago? Do you really want to talk about specific plays to say about luck or not? So talk about play that hurt too!

Stop being a crying child.

We’ve played a lot of TOP teams.... Saints, Vikings, Pats, Eagles. Won some, lost some We R not the TOP team in the league, but we R in the mix of the bests

In a recent past, a 10-6 Giants and a 11-5 Ravens, won the SB!

So, Stop this BS.

if you wanna get attention, put a watermelon on the head !

Luck is a cuck. He might be a football player, but he had the soul of a nerd. He will never reach his potential and always have niggling injuries he won't play through. That's why I like Cam far better.

Cam "damn" Newton > Andrew "sucks" Luck

The truth is that this team is somewhere between the 6-10 mess of bad luck of last year and the probably 12-4/11-5 team with some fortunate bounces of this year. One could argue that with better coaching we would have won those games even without the ball bouncing in our favor.

Namely:
Stew's fumbles against the Patriots, Stew's drop that turned into an INT against the Eagles, Samuel fumbling a toss sweep that turned into a TD in the Bears game and derailed the whole offense, etc etc.

Played with injury for two seasons. Why do you keep speaking of things you just don't know?

Seriously the team will be better next year.  Fully healthy Cam, Olsen, Samuel just to start.

To be fair tho, after 23 seasons of existance, we have exactly 0 back to back winning seasons. That seems to strongly indicate 8-8 or worse for 2018 .
