Does This Team Really Have What It Takes to Make a Playoff Run?

Well we either play up or down to level of the competition we are playing. From here on out we don't play anymore scrub teams so I expect the good Panthers from here on out.

We played a horrible Bucs team in our house, the same Bucs team that lost like 10 players in last weeks game and it took a special teams TD and a Bucs FG to keep us in a position to eek out a win.

Bucs will probably be picking top 5.

Not a huge confidence boosting performance by the Panthers.

Defense gave up waaay too many big plays, offense totally sucked.  Special teams gave us the win today and you can't count on that very much in playoff games

We just beat one of the best QBs in the game desperate to save his team's playoff hopes last week. The week before we literally beat the #1 seed in our conference. We beat the Patriots this year IN Foxboro. We had two chances to beat the current #1 seed in the conference earlier in the season. If a few plays go different down in New Orleans, we would have had a close game....

 

Long story short, this team is quite capable of beating ANYONE in the NFL on our best day.

Why try? Our D is bad our O is awful and don't get me started on the kicking game.

How were 11-4 I'll never know.

Lets just go into the playoffs healthy.  The 2010 Packers ,09 Cards, 07 and 2011 Giants were not even favorites to even win their wild card games i believe

I dont think no one gave the 03 Panthers a chance to make it to the Super Bowl

We also play like poo against the Saints, that is the problem.  If the Rams lose next week so we get someone else then I could very much see a run in us.  I have close to zero confident against the Saints.  Football is about matchups and it is just a terrible matchup for us.
