Refs were absolute crap today.

Terrible spot on the 4th down measurement, nonexistent DPI call on Bradberry, cost us 2 points with offsetting penalties call, phantom facemask call on Butler in the first half.

Yea Jerome Booger is a poo ref....have you seen his other games or does he just fugin fix the Panthers games.

(seriously it'd help if these Panther fans actually watched NFL football)

he's a terrible ref sure, still remember him almost throwing Cam out of the game for accidentally bumping into him. you can't tell me that the refs didn't significantly benefit the Bucs (whether intentional or not) through their calls.

cam played great all things considered.

Doing what Cam does with Rivera at HC and Shula as OC is probably the greatest athletic achievement in the history of sports.

What should be the MJ of football is relegated to being just simply a HoF QB.

I couldn't tell where the hell Stewart was on that 4th down measurement, if you could you have better eyes than me.

Agreed that call was stupid. So were a couple on the Bucs. poo happens.

I don't think thats true. Discussing it on another forum right now trying to figure out what the call could have been. It doesn't make sense that they wouldn't offset to me, because otherwise here's what would happen if its not a safety. First, you'd apply the Bucs penalty of holding. THEN you would apply the Panthers PF call and the Bucs would get a first down. That doesn't make sense to me at all.

I agree with that one as well. He didn't look like he hit his helmet at all, was a bad call.

So was giving us the ball on the ending fumble, Peppers knew it, Winston knew it, Jameis recovered that ball. And the refs gave it to us. How does that fit into any fixing narrative?

If this was us at 4-10 and the Bucs are 10-4 I'd say the Same poo.

Refs, and the NFL have been doing this for the Past Few Years and has only ramped up hardcore.

literally ended my post about how this has nothing to do with me being a Panther fan.

Lmao. And just because you say that means its true. Riiiiiight.

He does that in literally every game....he's a POS who shouldn't be allowed to ref peewee games.

Don't get me wrong Boger is. Absolutely terrible and shouldn't have a job.

However this was exceptionally bad, even for him. I could be Extraordinarily Wrong and it could be just typical Boger poo but with how shady the NFL has been and has been pushing to dominate as many ratings as they can, it also wouldn't surprise me if the NFL was trying to make next week's game against Atl matter.

That INT wasn’t even on him. So many dropped passes from nice throws today. I don’t care what anyone says, cam played great all things considered.

It was a fluke interception that unfortunately our wide receivers have occasionally been notorious for at the worst times. If we had lost, that guy would be here blasting Cam Newton. Instead he's here downplaying his performance. I don't understand fans like this. It's clear that if we hope to go anywhere in the playoffs, our receivers are going to have to step up big.

Yeah just like last week when I got called a traitor for saying TD desrved to be suspended and for saying the game was shittily called for both teams.

I mean it's right there in my post history but feel free to keep talking out your ass fam.

Right, penalties against the other team by definition PTIs, (wtf is a PTI), and all penalties against us aren't.

Which play are you talking about specifically with the Brate screen? The one on the long Barber run? Would like a replay of that one, live I thought it was very close but I thought it was within a yard which makes it a legal play.

Autocorrect. PI changed to PTI. But I mean if jumping on a dudes back early isn't PI idk man I can't help you.

But no, on the Sims pass. Brate, I think it was, was over the LOS, past 5 yards.

I can't tell exactly where Stew was but they placed the ball where his feet were under the pile and about a half yard to yard short of where he was after forward progress stopped. Holding in the end zone is a safety. And post snap penalties are applied following the scoring play, which would mean they would punt from their own 35 and not their own 20 yard line.

Even if Jameis recovered the ball, they would have no timeouts, less than 30 seconds and the ball at their own 18 yard line. The game was over already and they knew it.

At best the refereeing is incompetent and at worst downright shady. I'm pissed we played so poorly that the refs were in a position to screw us out of a win, but the fact is that the refs significantly hindered our chances of winning with their incompetence.
