I think he should be, but I do wish we could get a better OC I’m am tired of the read options on 1st and 2nd down.

I really think we should let Ron coach out his contract. Make him earn that paycheck in the 2019 off-season. We all know Ron coaches better when his job is on the line.

Might be true but doesn't change the fact Ron has incredible leverage right now given the ownership situation.

Oh I gotcha. I'm just saying. We don't have to do anything this off season. Make him feel the heat a little so that he coaches his ass off and gets us the first back to back winning seasons ever. Then reward him with a nice contract as soon as we reach nine wins in 2018.

Even if we win the Super Bowl I think we should hold off on extending Rivera.
