While I agree we should’ve kept Ginn, you really can’t blame that we had a contingency plan.

Curtis Samuel was virtually the healthiest of the bunch coming out. No one could predict his injury issues based on his college or even high school background.

Damiere Byrd was another high upside guy.

Scored a TD for the aints today

he was absolutely worth keeping

Not if he wanted big money..Byrd scored one too..hell clay has even scored one. In hindsight ginn could have been kept only if the price was right..i assume he wanted too much and they let him walj..we are striving for better not the same or below.

Anyone have a clear gif of the injury? Would like to see if i can assess.

Knee hyperextendes due to player rolling on him up front. Bent backwards a little too much. MCL looking. Hopefully no worse than a mild sprain.

Hope he is able to play in a week or so because only he and Funchess have shown the ability to make plays consistently. Bersin, Clay, and Shepard have shown why they are fringe players on your roster.

So who on this board was claiming Shepard to be the next great thing while ticking DGs ball for excellent FA?

No bueno.  Player rolled up the outside of his leg, player from opposite direction hit him high.  Leg  and foot still, knee 4 inches to the right(from behind).

Yikes. Definitely sounds like MCL. Especially if they’re saying “outside” the knee if they’re referring to noncruciate ligaments.

He is in good spirits on twitter imo

Which I hope translate as possibly not as bad as we thought.
