I still see zero chance in training camp continuing in Spartanburg post Richardson.

Wofford was 100% his thing.  Plus virtually no NFL teams hold training camps in that capacity anymore.   Big loss for SC

Players and coaches like the idea of doing training camp away from the home city... players/coaches point to 100% focus as part of the reasoning.  I think it could stay in Wofford, or could move to another location outside of CLT

our players and coaches HAVE to go to Spartanburg.....so they say what they are suppose to say.

I think we are one of 2-3 teams that still do the outdated training camp that way.   You ask Kalil what he would rather do next offseason...sleep on a broke down dorm bed he doesn't fit on or his own bed with his family.

I love that it is at Wofford. I just think the view that it will stay.....when it is clearly a JR thing is wishful fan thinking.  But I have been wrong before.

I don't know about playing 4 games in each state but it would be cool to play a preseason game each year in either Columbia or chapel hill/Raleigh

The most populous city in SC is Charleston. It should be here, but we don't have the facilities. Columbia has a stadium (Williams Bryce).

We played our first season in South Carolina, but now when it comes time to help pay the piper SC is all like WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PANTHERS WHATEVER.

fug that shitty little state

Wasn't that like 22 years ago?  Damn it's like my brother talking about the Christmas present he bought when were kids.

For a while there was just as many Redskin fans in N.C. than Panther fans.   Should North Carolina pay for Redskin stadium?

Everybody wants SC to pay for a stadium until SC wants 2 home games a season

fug I live in Columbia area and even I wouldn't argue for the Panthers to play down here.    It is a short drive to Charlotte.

The New England Patriots aren't making charity stops all over NE.  It is a Carolina team.  The elitist NC folks just need to pipe down.
