I believe a new stadium for any city will be minimum of 1 billion dollars. I doubt any place would get  your price range unless scope of the work is around 20,000 capacity.

not trying to snoop, but was that your comment you left on Google about the apartments?  You live South of were I grew up. The Cemetery across from Arlington Memorial, we used to play in the fountain.. lol. I miss that place, but I aint moving back.

That's the City's amount, ala AT&T Stadium which costed 1.2b but the city paid 300m for.

Don't think so, I've lived in one other Apartment complex since I moved and that was cedar ridge (would not recommend. lmao)
