Pretty sure that was a typo, most if not all analysts have said the next owner would NOT try to move the team.

I think the part about the stadium was Sabates opinion not what he is hearing.

The current stadium is actually a big selling point and a big part of why the team is valued at over 2 billion. It is owned by the franchise and completely paid off (including the 177 mil of recent renovations). The land it sits on is owned by the city and leased to the team for $1 a year.

I don't think it will be the Smiths. Recently, when Marcus Smith was putting together an effort to get selected for a MLS team, he didn't even want to put up 30 million for rennovations to Memorial Stadium. The proposal fell through because the city and county didn't get onboard with it. I just don't see them having the liquid assests to purchase it. Almost all of their money is tied up in all the physical race tracks they own. So, unless they want to sell off their bread and butter buisness, I don't see it. Plus, I think Bruton is an a#@hole and I hope he doesn't buy it.

Bruton being an a$$ doesn't really matter.  He is very old and wouldn't be involved much in running the team.

No, Diddy has alot of connections that are sketchy for the NFL. I don't think they will approve him, especially with the whole Suge Knight, Tupac controversy.
