Atlanta 21-20.

If we lose the division to them, but make the playoffs, NO and ATL will play each other in the first round while we head West to LA. I’ll take our chances there

You realize the rams and saints are legit the only teams that can beat us in NFC?

I'd love to get as far away from playing g them as possible, let them take their chances with the Vikings and eagles before playing us

Yeah the Saints are a nightmare matchup because:

A.) Our d-line, especially KK, can't do poo against their upgraded o-line pass rushing wise. That means Brees has all the time he needs.

B.) We're just too slow in the secondary and they'll spread us out and get the matchups they want which leads to tons of YAC.

C.) We don't have an explosive offense and we're not good trying to play catch up.

D.) We can't bully the Saints defense and sit out there all day eating up the clock. We'll lose the time of possession battle.

The Saints are the last team in the NFL I'd want this Panthers team to face. We can't rough them up, and we can't out finesse them. They're a SB level team.

If we want to go to the SB we will eventually have to face them I'm certain.  Might as well get it over with.  Bring it bitches.

I would much rather play the Rams than the Saints.  I do not know how good we actually are.  I do not know how good the Rams actually are.  I do not know how good the Saints actually are.  I am completely convinced however that the Saints are a terrible match-up for us.

I am new here, so excuse my exuberance, but I am not sure about the Rams either, with Wade Philips as the DC, don't want no Green Dog blitzes, speaking of the Green dog blitz, is our current offense in better shape to handle it.

You could very well be right.  The difference is that with the Rams they may be a bad match-up for us, with the Saints we have the evidence to prove it.

Also, who knows how a young second year QB responds in his first playoff game.  There is no such unknown with Brees.

Aaron Donald leads a good DLine that can shut down the Panthers running game like Philadelphia did earlier this year. Gurley is a fantastic back. One gap control mistake and he'll take it the house. Their OL is top notch led by Andrew Whitworth.

It'd be a long road trip and they would be a tough out. That said, I have to agree with @Jon Snow, we're going to have to face them and beat them eventually.

Saints.  Falcons pretty much had a miracle win the last time they played.  Ryan threw a bunch of picks, Brees was in easy position to beat them oddly made a pointlessly risky throw for no reason at the end....and Kamara went down on the opening drive (and was having his way with them before the quirky hit).

Saints win this by double digits.
