The people on hardcore keto diets long term is concerning. I'm not saying a keto diet can't have a time and place, but as a long term maintenance diet? Whew... I think it's trouble.

Im completely open socially to almost any ideal. And love having a rational discussions about food, but both sides have to be objective. 

I'd love for you to tell me all the benefits of your diet.

Absolutely. To many people forget their health. 

Like I said I stick to a mostly Japanese diet when I have a choice. But I do love meat and raw meat(which many studies have said humans should eat at least 4 oz of raw red meat a week). However I kind of just follows what my body wants. If I’m craving mass amounts of meat I eat it, if I’m craving mass amounts of fermented foods I eat it. If I’m craving fruit I eat it. I will say I eat more vegetables than most vegetarians. But I understand each food plays a roll.

No, they don't. EPA and DHA for one. All Omega 3s aren't created equal. Plant based ALA Omega 3s are far inferior to marine based EPA and DHA Omega 3s. People can convert ALA to EPA and DHA, but at levels that are so inefficient that it's insignificant. The best EPA and DHA sources are low on the food chain where mercury is of little to no concern. This is because the source of the EPA and DHA is the phytoplankton that makes up the base of the marine food chain.

You're trying to mock and condescend because someone is challenging your thoughts but I'm just sitting here chuckling. It's my job to know this stuff and be able to explain it to laymen. If you really want to have this discussion we can, but I'm not interested in wasting my time continuing if you're already convinced that your approach is the only correct one and no amount of evidence can convince you to broaden your thought process.

We're talking about just diet though. Sure, you can supplement with algal oil but no one is eating marine algae in their normal diet.
