And ask 10 "nutritional experts" what "eat better" means and get 10 different answers. We're mortal beings. We're all going to get sick and die. No diet is going to change that. Most of these extreme diets just move the goal posts from one set of problems to the next. We're all likely best off eating what we want in moderation while making se we get sufficient exercise.

Not really.

All reputable ones would say eat more fruit and veg, less processed food and meat.

I feel like not laying on a table with your chest cracked open is a realistic goal.

Hey I'm with you. My doctor always told be everyone has healthy lifestyles. It's just a matter of before or after complications exist. Everyone outside that is dead or dying. The difference is quality of life. And that is all that matters. Pretty much changed my life at age 27, love her.

Has to be worked on in a sense of phasing it out, not all of a sudden fixed. was my point.

You should do some reading. This really is not the case.

I've done plenty. The studies vary widely and prevalent thoughts in nutrition change as often as the direction of the wind. Wait, are butter and eggs good or bad for you today? Realistically, they're probably fine in moderation. So are most other things. There's no magic diets out there that unlock all the secrets to health and happiness.

I haven’t agreed with you on things for a while but I’m with you on this.

animal products fug up your arteries.

there is no magic or variablility or "well some things work for some people and not for others" deflections.

i am not an ambassador for vegetarianism. i'm excited about what it's done for me. i also still eat meat occasionally. but there is no debate. consuming animal products is horrible for your arteries.
