My girl is 100% vegan. I repaepct it. But the notion you cannot live a healthy lifestyle while simultaneously consuming meat is a joke. I am open to Veganism, mostly for morale reasons and the environmental impact animal agriculture causes. However I do believe you can live a healthy lifestyle while also consuming meat. Genetics plays a huge role in long term health anyways.

I’m actually well versed all theories on this subject. I’ve watched people destroy themselves just as much consuming fast food each day, as vegetarians/vegans refuse to eat meat and get the Proteins their bodies are accustomed to.

That being say I do know skinny healthy mofos that just eat chicken nuggets, and I know perfectly healthy vegetarians.

What might be a boon for someone doesn’t always work for someone else.

Meat is a big contributor to heart disease, Alzheimers (#6 killer in the US),  and a multitude of cancers including the biggest reason colon cancer is everywhere now. Trying to limit it as much as you can is well advised.

Of course you can. Veganism is a overall healthier lifestyle though. I'm in great shape overall and I eat meat. I just don't eat red meat very often and I exercise. I couldn't do without my egg whites though. Drink those babies straight from the carton. 50g of protein and only 250 calories.

Skinny doesn't necessarily mean healthy. Far from it.

You are going to wreck the US economy that way you selfish twit!  Don't you know that bypass surgeries are how we Americans treat heart disease!

fugin' millineals. Can't we go back to the glory days when everyone was washing down a nice well-done Applebee's surf and turf with a triple-xl mountain dew.
