You just spent more effort typing that out than just showing me the study you know of. Tells me you are making this up as you go along.

And that's your thought process for anyone who thinks differently and it would be your thought process for any study that potentially showed otherwise. It's because you made an emotionally invested decision. You continue to talk about science while continually showing that it doesn't matter to you. You'll pick and choose the science that matters to you.

All I'll say is that most of these elimination type diets can be done correctly, but it definitely makes getting a well rounded nutritional profile more difficult and I'd recommend anyone who wants to pursue one to consult with a licensed dietician.

Seriously though Igo like what do you eat on a sandwich?

Say you just wanted a good old fashioned sandwich - what would that consist of.

im curious that’s all

PBJ

I make a good portobello with pesto and red peppers on toast.

I'm not big on sandwiches really.

Not at all. Show me. I will take a look.

Here is a VERY pro-vegetarian scholarly article that glosses over some of the nutritional concerns of a strictly vegetarian diet if it isn't being managed for nutritional balance.

And another one
