Not getting B6 is a direct link to heart disease and cancer. Also there was never a time before heart disease and cancer.

Also the population with the lowest heart disease and cancer rates(Japan) happen to eat a ton of fish, a moderate amount of chicken/fowl and pork/boar and supplemental beef. But to give @Jeremy Igo credit they eat just as much veggies and rice as he does. It’s all about balance.

Enjoy your ecoli. Do some reading on how much fecal material is found on all meat.

Does some research on proper farming and slaughtering techniques. I happen to eat raw meat when ever I can and have never gotten sick from it.

You are more likely to get salmonella/E. Coli from improperly washed vegetables. Then you are properly prepared meat.

Not really.

They never ate a ton of fish. It was mostly rice and veggies. Fish was used as more of a flavoring as in soup. Commercial fishing didn't exist.

Contrast now with Japan eating plenty of meat, notice how there is a huge surge in heart disease.

Interesting stuff.

Have you read the China study? The largest population study in terms of diet ever done. Really good info.

Of course, the meat and dairy industries paid a ton of money to discredit it, but the science is there despite their own silly studies.

Show me.

I don’t got time at the moment to pull all my references. But I will get back to you on that. “Miso Hungry” is a documentary that would be a great starting point to explain it to you.

In fact, anyone that is interested in losing  @Asurfaholic should watch this movie because it explains way better how to translation from a shitty diet then any westernized diet could ever.

You mean the time you'd hope one or two of your eight children survived to adulthood and you were lucky if you made it to 40?

Yeah, infections are a bitch. Thank goodness for science.

Cancer and heart disease were rare compared to today.

In fact, Alzeimers is a new disease speaking in terms of history.
