Is it time for BoA to be demolished/rebuilt?

Forbes says the Panthers are now worth $2.3 billion and while there are many factors at play, consider this: The Panthers' lease on their stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina, expires in two seasons. There have been no talks that the franchise could move, but it could lead to a new owner paying more if the city will help build a new facility.

While BoA is not a "fancy" as other new stadiums out there -- do we really want to build something new? Where would it go?

Is BoA really that far behind the times with regard to other money-making aspects of field-level club seats, etc? Do we need that poo?

If it could be done financially, I say yes. Personally, I'd like for the team to be moved to Durham or Raleigh....but i'm biased.

Hell fu(king NO!!!!!  The Saints are not only in a city battered to hell, but play in a cavernous, decrepit dump 3 decades older.  The Packers, Bears, Chiefs, Bills, Jaguars, and Dolphins all play in older if not much older stadiums.  The league is in decline and most people would be absolutely LIVID if those words come out of anyone’s that mouth that matters before 2030, at the expense of taxpayers.

I doubt there's a chance the stadium gets demolished.  They "city" has put $75 million or so into recent upgrades and tethered the team for a few more years.

I just don't see a situation where the Panthers move.  Sure, an owner could want to to move, but there would have to be a very strong case that the league would have to approve.  The Panthers have been very profitable and a good league citizen.  Why move the team?  I'd love it if the board would just get off of it.  When it comes down to it, the city will cave.  The Panthers are too much of a draw and an asset.

I say NO need to rebuild a stadium.  While some might say the stadium is old in time frame, it was build with what many of the reasons owners want a new stadium and that is there are a plenty of suites and a lot of club seats.  The club seats also have a very nice area for concessions, etc.  There is also plenty of space still inside for someone to do things, add amenities, etc  I also think the outside is very nice, cool, etc, etc.  I do go to plenty of stadiums throughout the country and while Panthers Stadium is not a mega billion place like Dallas, Atlanta, or Min... it compares very nicely to many and most of the stadiums of other teams.
