Would be a expensive trip. Looking at airfare between $1100 to  $1500 roundtrip. Hotels are around $200 to  $300 a night. If you leave out Friday night arrive Saturday morning and leaving Monday. You are looking at $2000 before even buying a ticket to the game.

Im a pro at finding cheap flights overseas, I def know I could get it under 1k, prolly in the 700-800 range

For many or most it’s a once in a lifetime trip to boot, so should also include seeing other things/staying at least 2-3 more days, even an extra side trip to Ireland (cheaper) or Scotland would be HIGHLY recommended even if for only a couple days.

Still hope it doesn’t happen.  Keep American football in the US of A.

Oh how I'd love the Panthers to come to the U.K.; I think only four teams haven't been now so it's overdue.

That said, I wouldn't like to see you guys lose a home game for the benefit of folk like me. The Panthers aren't very well supported over here, with only 34 of us on the Panthers UK Facebook group. However, that would change after a game at Wembley; lots of newbies go to these games and adopt one of the teams on show.

There are plenty of Panthers fans there. We've got close to 50 members in the UK. Don't let Facebook be the measure.

There's a group of 15-20 that meet at the Hippodrome in London  for the games. Check them out if it's convenient

I'm in for that Philly game if it's not in London.

Will do. London is 400 miles from here, but I tend to get down two or three times a year.

All we need now is a Glasgow chapter...

Start your own chapter. It's easy. Just convince a bar to play the sound for your game and you're halfway there. Next get people to show up to watch with you. Blammo. You're done...basically. Then you gotta convince them all to give Zack $25. Do that part after a win and everyone is drunk er...confused about what's happening.

    • Players don't take team friendly deals to stay in dumpster fire organizations. At 31 this will be his last shot to get one last payday and possibly his last shot to try to compete for a ring of that's what he wants. He generally fits the description of a guy who would demand a trade more than he fits the description of a guy open to take a team friendly deal with his current team.
    • My point was simply, we do not know the extent of his knees.  If they are shot, as Joe Person referenced after the season (referring to the reason he missed week 17) I am not seeing that as an asset or selling low--it is complicated, I know.  But if you consider what we actually know, you are absolutely right.
    • I just love getting under everyones feathers. Also, if we aren't going to extend him, and I dont see a reason too, why would we be prolonging the inevitable. If we pick at #8, the chances of this guy being BPA is very high. Nobody can agree on who should be picked at #8, we have made that obvious from the 47000 different posts about what we do with the 8th pick. I am just here to give my opinion, which I think makes sense. We act like Moton can't be replaced. This is different than trading Moore, or McCaffrey, they were young. This guy is coming off a knee injury at 31 years of age. and I'm just suggesting we draft a guy who can come in and start at RT, and could possibly switch with Ekwonu in year 2. Or who knows, the guy can probably play LT this year and we can go ahead and make Ekwonu move to RT. Instead of picking BPA I guess we all are good just picking Walker or Mykel ot Mcmillan, or a Safety at #8?  I'm not... If we can't trade back, which I think is the best option unless somehow Carter, Hunter, or Graham are available, then why would I not consider the most athletic OT in the draft instead of reaching? The people on this board are so divided on who to pick, and the minute someone comes up with a hypothetical, they spill their coffee. I LOVE IT!.
