In all seriousness, it really is a unicorn. Mods strike a delicate balance, keeping things topical while still allowing the undercurrent of nonsense that makes this place more fun than most of its peers. Usually it's one or the other (see SaintsReport for over-moderation, or pre-crackdown AFMB for ~5 trolls playing the boards like a grand piano at Carnegie Hall).
